Classes Come to You!
Any of aimyoga's classes can come to you!
We also do:
Personal yoga sessions - to begin or develop your own practice individually, aimyoga can provide personal instruction in the comfort of your own home
Workplace yoga - organize a group at work to practice at lunch or after business hours and our teacher will come to you!
School Yoga - We gladly teach students from elementary to high school the physical yoga postures (asanas) for one class sessions or sessions over weeks to complement any physical education unit.
Organization Yoga - whether its Forest Wardens, Girl Guides, community basketball, etc. aimyoga would be glad to add to your program in whatever capacity you'd like.
Special Event Yoga - Planning a bridal shower getaway, girls' night, or a couples' retreat? Why not make yoga part of the activities? We can help you!
