"Amy teaches yoga as if she knows exactly what I need; I believe she has a gift. Amy is very in-tune with my class. She has a gentle approach in her yoga instruction; never moving ahead unless my spine has been prepared first. I feel like it is absolutely necessary to focus this way as it would be silly to expect my spine to spring to action after a few classes (I have seen other instructors too eager to move forward). Allowing my spine to gradually adapt to it's new
healthy state has provided excellent results. I intend to take numerous beginner classes to teach my spine gently with Amy. As a mother, I need to use my body to play, twist or react and I have found a new confidence in my ability to do all those things! I leave the class feeling renewed and energized!
